 DECISION

On the issuance of the Working Regulation of

the Institute for State Organizational Sciences

PRESIDENT OF THE INSTITUTE FOR STATE ORGANIZATIONAL SCIENCES

- Pursuant to the Decree No.81/2002/ND-CP dated 17/10/2002 by the Government stipulating in details the implementation of several articles in the Law on Science and Technology;

- Pursuant to the Decree No.115/2005/ND-CP dated 05/9/2005 by the Government stipulating the autonomy and self-responsibilty mechanism of public scientific and technological units;

- Pursuant to the Decision No.1501/2008/QD-BNV dated 02/12/2008 by the Minister of the Ministry of Home Affairs stipulating functions, tasks, authority and organizational structure of the Institute for State organizational sciences;

- Pursuant to the Decision No.1478/QD-BNV dated 26/11/2008 by the Minister of the Ministry of Home Affairs on the issuance of the working regulation of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

- In order to maintain order, disciplines and improve working quality and efficiency of cadres, civil servants, governmental employees, researchers and staff in the Institute,

- At the proposal of the Head of Division of General Affairs;

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue together with this Decision the Working Regulation of the Institute for State Organizational Sciences under the control of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

Article 2. The regulation comes into effects since the date of signing. Previous regulations against stipulations in this Regulation are to be abolished.

Article 3. Directors, deputies director and cadres, civil servants, public employees in the Institute are responsibleforimplementing this Decision.

- As mentioned in Article 3;

- Minister, Vice Ministers (for reporting);

- Departments of Organization and Personnel (for supervision);

- Archives.
